Job summary

Olds Products Company in Pleasant Prairie, WI is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician for 2nd shift. You will test raw materials, in-process and finished goods, maintain records, and support food safety programs in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role reports to the QA Manager and requires strong attention to detail, English communication, and knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and GLPs. Shift: 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM; full-time on-site.

Qualifications

• Ensure product quality and food safety throughout production.
• Maintain accurate quality records and documentation integrity.
• Monitor CCPs and sanitation in compliance with GMPs and HACCP.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and verify food safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
• Collect and evaluate ingredient, packaging, in-process, and finished product samples.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative laboratory testing to ensure product specifications.
• Calibrate laboratory and production-line equipment to ensure accuracy of test results.
• Assist with batching chemicals and ingredients for production operations.
• Accurately document testing results and maintain compliant quality records.
• Identify, isolate, and report non-conforming materials or products.
• Investigate quality issues and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
