Job summary

Diverse Staffing is seeking a Food Production Worker for the Lebanon, IN facility on the 2nd shift. You will inspect and load products, remove packaging, and help maintain quality and safety standards in a fast-paced production environment.

This role offers weekly pay, benefits eligibility, and overtime opportunities with a four-day work week. Candidates must be able to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for long shifts; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout a 10-hour shift.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic counting.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Able to follow GMP, safety, and company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products and remove defective items.
• Load product into production equipment.
• Remove packaging materials from incoming product.
• Collect, measure, and document production waste.
• Stack finished products onto pallets.
• Follow all safety, GMP, PPE, and quality requirements.
