Pro Resources Staffing Services is seeking a Production Assembler for the 2nd shift in Lebanon, IN. This temp-to-hire role offers steady overtime opportunities and a pathway to growth within the company. Includes a 4-day, 10-hour shift schedule with potential overtime on Fridays.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good attendance and reliability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using work instructions and production schedules.
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality.
• Package and label finished goods.
• Use basic hand tools, fixtures, or gauges as needed.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members about production needs.
• Report material shortages, quality concerns, or equipment issues.
• Complete simple production forms, logs, or checklists.
• Help support or train new team members when needed.
• Cross-train in nearby production areas as needed.
