Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Production Associate for a food manufacturing facility in Lebanon, IN. You will train across multiple production floor functions and support the line on a fast-paced schedule.

Compensation begins with training pay and increases upon moving to the 2nd shift; further raises occur after milestones and the first year. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and consistent attendance.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform various production floor positions
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
• Sound judgment and decision-making skills
• Ability to follow Lockout/Tagout procedures, as applicable
• Ability to work positively with all departments and team members
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable and consistent attendance
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment after training, if required
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours
• Ability to follow all GMP, safety, and PPE requirements
• Willingness to learn multiple functions and perform other duties as assigned

Responsibilities

• Train in several areas of the production floor including bag inspection, block opening, and culler/inspector.
• Maintain production flow by filling cutter pockets and palletizing finished product.
• Inspect product for quality and remove rejects according to standards.
• Follow safety and GMP procedures on the line and with equipment.
