Job summary

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment (mixers, ovens, filling and packaging) according to specifications.
• Conduct regular quality checks on materials and products per SOPs and GMPs; report deviations.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation; follow GMPs and OSHA safety protocols.
• Keep accurate production records (logs, batch records) in the production reporting system (Redzone).
• Collaborate with supervisors, technicians and QC staff to meet production targets; communicate issues promptly.
