Fresca Mexican Foods is seeking a Production Operator to join our Boise facility. You will operate and set up production equipment, monitor processes, and ensure safety, sanitation, and quality in daily production.

You will follow GMPs and SOPs, maintain clean work areas, and keep accurate records while collaborating with team members to meet production targets. Weekend and overtime may be required as part of a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational training in food production is a plus.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing or similar production environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Operate production machinery and equipment per specifications; set up and troubleshoot as needed.
• Monitor production processes to ensure smooth flow and quality; report deviations.
• Perform regular quality checks on materials and finished products; adhere to GMPs and SOPs.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the production area and equipment.
• Follow OSHA safety protocols; wear PPE and participate in safety trainings.
• Keep accurate production records and assist with inventory tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with supervisors, technicians, and QA to meet targets and hand over shifts.
