B and D Foods is hosting a Production Operator hiring event in Boise, Idaho. We are seeking full‑time operators for MVP production lines with immediate interviews and Swahili translation available as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication skills and a team‑focused attitude.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to perform duties that may include repeatedly lifting 25 pounds.
• Availability for occasional overtime.
• Previous food manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Operate production equipment following established procedures.
• Inspect products and remove items that don’t meet quality standards.
• Package finished products and stack cases for shipping.
• Record lot numbers, best‑by dates, and other production information.
• Stay alert and report unusual noises, changes on the line, or contamination.
• Keep work area clean and assist with equipment when changing over.
• Follow GMPs and SOPs to ensure food safety.
