Job summary

BandD Foods is hiring a Production Operator in Boise to support MVP production line operations. You will actively participate in preparing, cooking, inspecting, and packaging products, ensuring quality and efficiency on the line.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong teamwork, and reliable communication. Candidates should be able to lift up to 25 pounds and be available for overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and packaging lines following procedures.
• Inspect products and remove items not meeting quality standards.
• Package finished products and stack on pallets for shipping.
• Record lot numbers, best-by dates, and other production data.
• Report unusual noises or contamination and keep area clean.
• Follow GMPs and SOPs to maintain food safety.
