Job summary

HelloFresh in Calgary is seeking a Production Team Lead to guide a Fast-Paced kitchen crew. You will report to the Production Supervisor, build a strong team culture, and ensure adherence to GMP and safety standards while driving improvements in production metrics.

You will manage staging, cooking, packaging, and plating operations, coordinate shifts, train new associates, and uphold sanitation and safety protocols in a refrigerated environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant experience welcome.
• Minimum 1–3 years in food processing, manufacturing or service industry.
• Team leading experience required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite; capable in video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure raw materials, packaging, and consumables align with the production plan.
• Monitor plan delivery; recommend productivity improvements and communicate changes.
• Lead and schedule production associates on staging, deboxing, prepping, cooking, portioning and plating.
• Communicate goals and monitor shifts to meet daily targets.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and PPE standards across production areas.
