Job summary

HelloFresh in Edmonton is seeking a full-time Production Supervisor to lead production flow, schedule tasks, and ensure on-time shipping while upholding quality standards.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, 2-3 years in production, leadership to guide lines, and using Excel and G-Suite to track metrics. You'll work in a fast-paced foods environment with emphasis on safety and cost awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related management work experience.
• 2-3 years of experience managing production in a fulfillment/distribution center.
• Quantitative and analytical experience – must have proficiency using MS Excel and G-Suite Apps.
• Leadership: Provide guidance and direction to the production lines.
• Innovative: Think of creative and efficient solutions to problems others may take for granted.
• Ownership: Take pride in what you do and treat the process as if it is your own.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and daily production plans for designated work areas.
• Ensure production plans are executed and that all issues are communicated and tracked.
• Drive customer experience through low error rates on ingredient quality, pick accuracy, and ship-out time.
• Coordinate with ops team, suppliers, and contractors to implement corrective & preventive action plan.
• Monitor production plans, start times, dismissal times, and additional daily activities.
• Maintain high standards of GMPs and housekeeping in the production facility for a safe work environment.
• Review customer error calls relevant to production to measure & track metrics and identify trends.
