Job summary

HelloFresh Canada in Edmonton, AB is seeking a full-time Production Supervisor to oversee production flow, scheduling, and quality to ensure on-time ship-out. You will report to the Production Manager and lead a results-driven team in a food distribution setting.

The role requires 2–3 years in production management within fulfillment/distribution, a Bachelor’s degree or related experience, and strong MS Excel / G-Suite skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related management work experience.
• 2-3 years of experience managing production in a fulfillment/distribution center; preferably within the Food & Beverage industry.
• Quantitative and analytical experience – proficiency using MS Excel and G-Suite Apps.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and daily production plans for designated work areas.
• Ensure production plans are executed and issues are communicated and tracked.
• Drive customer experience through low error rates on ingredient quality, pick accuracy, and ship-out time.
• Build and implement production cost techniques that can be applied in production tasks and assembly.
• Monitor production plans, start times, dismissal times, and additional daily activities.
• Maintain high standards of GMP and housekeeping in the production facility to ensure a safe work environment.
• Establish and work within budget as permitted by the Production Manager.
• Coordinate with ops team, suppliers, and contractors to implement corrective & preventive action plan.
• Review customer error calls relevant to production to measure & track quality, accuracy, and pick metrics along with identifying error trends to improve defined metrics
• Conduct daily 5S, process, and facility readiness checks
• Work in compliance with OH&S acts and regulations.
