Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead start-up of each shift and coordinate people and materials to meet daily production goals.
• Supervise production of finished goods with focus on Safety, Quality and Cost.
• Interpret daily manufacturing schedule and ensure timely completion of production plan.
• Support new product launches and resource allocation for new processes.
• Monitor attendance, coaching, and accountability; drive continuous improvement.
