Job summary

Flying Food Group, LLC is seeking a Food Production Supervisor to oversee food processing, ensure sanitation and safety standards, set production schedules, monitor performance, and train workers in a 24/7 environment.

Required are 2–5 years of supervisory experience in food production, knowledge of HACCP/USDA/GMP, and strong communication; English/Spanish bilingual is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site role in Colorado.

Qualifications

• Experience in food production supervision required.
• Knowledge of HACCP, USDA, GMP and sanitation standards.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production and set schedules to meet production goals.
• Monitor employee performance and enforce safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
• Train workers and allocate labor to optimize productivity and reduce waste.
• Communicate schedule changes and ensure proper tool/equipment availability.
