Job summary

Flying Food Group, LLC is seeking a Food Production Supervisor to coordinate production, uphold sanitation standards, and manage daily schedules in a 24/7 operation. The role requires 2–5 years of supervisory experience in food production, strong knowledge of HACCP/USDA/GMP, and the ability to train and motivate staff.

Candidates should be familiar with cold food production processes and possess solid communication skills in English; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Food service experience is required.
• 2-5 years supervising a food production environment.
• Knowledge of internal policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of HACCP, USDA, GMP and sanitation requirements.
• Knowledge of cold food production processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate food production and ensure sanitation standards.
• Set schedules and monitor employee performance.
• Oversee manufacturing processes and resolve technical issues.
• Train workers and cross-train staff as needed.
• Aim to improve productivity and process controls.
• Ensure accurate counts and portions per spec.
• Manage overtime and workforce accountability for quality and productivity.
