Netpace Inc. is seeking two Manufacturing Production Supervisors in Bellevue, WA to lead shift-based production teams in a fast-paced food manufacturing facility. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and cost control while meeting on-time delivery goals.

Responsibilities include directing shift operations, building teams, promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement, and ensuring regulatory compliance across OSHA, EPA, FDA, USDA, and HACCP standards.

Competenze

• BS/BA degree preferred in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a food manufacturing mass production environment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Lean Manufacturing.
• Able to work varying shifts as assigned.
• Proven understanding of production, operations and manufacturing requirements.
