Job summary

Perdue Farms Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead hourly teams across receiving, production, and shipping. You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency on the floor while upholding USDA standards and company policies.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in manufacturing, and the ability to optimize labor and materials. A 2nd shift availability and familiarity with SAP are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 2–3 years in manufacturing and 1+ year in supervision.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree candidates with supervision experience acceptable.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and coaching skills; experience with quality/safety standards (ISO/OSHA).
• Familiarity with SAP and MS Office; lean manufacturing exposure a plus.
• Able to work 2nd shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Lead hourly associates across receiving, production, and shipping.
• Collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize resources.
• Ensure safety, QA, and regulatory compliance on the floor.
• Maintain production records and report status to management.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
