• Maintain accurate portion control.
• Prepare weekly schedules.
• Assist with menu presentations and cycle changes.
• Coach and train employees.
• Supervise employees in the Food Department.
• Maintain high quality and service standards.
• Resolve issues in the Food Department.
• Follow GMP and HACCP protocols.
• Ensure a safe working environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
