Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for a leading food manufacturer in Cincinnati, OH. This full-time, direct-hire role oversees daily high-volume operations, ensuring product quality, safety, and compliance with SQF/BRC standards.

You will lead shift personnel, drive continuous improvement, and partner with QA for material and finished product audits. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of supervision in food manufacturing, HACCP/PCQI certifications, and strong ERP

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in food/beverage manufacturing.
• HACCP certification and PCQI preferred; SQF/BRC experience a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite) and batch recording systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily high-volume production lines to meet output and OEE targets.
• Enforce GMPs, SOPs, SSOPs and HACCP logs.
• Train and mentor line leads and operators.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and line clearance for audits.
