As a Food Production Supervisor for dnata Catering, you will oversee the efficient and high-quality production of food items for airline passengers. Your main role includes managing and leading a team of production staff, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants, in executing food preparation, cooking, and packaging processes. You will work closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team to ensure meals are prepared according to recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards. Additionally, you will monitor and maintain food safety and hygiene, adhering to industry regulations and guidelines. Your expertise in production planning, inventory management, and kitchen operations will be vital in optimizing workflow, reducing waste, and maximizing productivity. You will collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and materials. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are essential to address operational challenges and ensure smooth operations, contributing to the success and reputation of dnata Catering.

The salary range for this position is $68,640 - $73,920 with weekly pay, excluding incentives. Salary offers depend on location, experience, qualifications, and training.
Education: Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or five years of related experience, or an equivalent combination.
