Job summary

Continental Services is hiring a Food Production Associate to join the Co-Cuisine team. The role runs 6am–2pm, Sunday through Thursday, at our Co-Cuisine facility.

You will build sandwiches and salads on an assembly line, prep ingredients, and operate mixers, ovens, and fryers while following recipes and safety guidelines. Responsibilities include packaging, labeling, quality checks, inventory support, and maintaining clean, sanitary work areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary or food safety certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in food production or a similar manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes/build specs to assemble sandwiches and salads on the production line.
• Prepare raw ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring for use in recipes.
• Operate food production equipment per safety guidelines.
• Follow recipes and instructions to ensure food quality and consistency.
• Monitor holding times and temperatures to maintain safety standards.
• Package finished products and label with correct information and expiration dates.
• Ensure packaging is neat, secure and presentable.
• Perform routine checks for food quality and sanitation.
