Job summary

Revolution Foods is seeking a Production Associate for the 10:15 am–6:45 pm shift in our on-site production facility. You will perform routine food production tasks, read labels in English, and ensure accurate packing and counting while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The role requires basic English, ability to lift 40–50 lbs, and the capacity to work in a chilled environment. Prior fast-paced food handling experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak basic English.
• Basic math skills (addition and subtraction).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and packing.
• Ability to follow instructions and read production labels.
• Knowledge of safe food handling and knife use preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine and repetitive tasks in food production and warehouse areas.
• Maintain accurate counting and packing throughout the shift.
• Read and interpret production labels in English.
• Pack, count, and initial labels for packing responsibilities.
• Work across multiple departments as needed to meet production goals.
• Maintain sanitation and adhere to GMP standards and safety practices.
