Responsibilities include equipment setup, quality checks, following SOPs and GMPs, ensuring product safety, and keeping accurate production records while supporting on-time production schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; vocational training or certification in food manufacturing is a plus.
• Experience in food production or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs, GMPs, and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and monitor processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the production area.
• Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear PPE.
• Keep accurate production records and logs in the reporting system.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members; assist with overtime as needed.
