Sensient Technologies is hiring multiple Food Production Operator positions on the 2nd and 3rd shifts. Pay ranges from $25.37-$29.21 per hour, with overtime opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Work includes mixing, cooking, packaging, palletizing, and operating production equipment in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Qualifications

• Willing to work overtime, including Saturdays when scheduled.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform diverse production tasks.
• Interest in manufacturing and contributing to a high-performing team.
• Desire to learn new skills and continuously improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing and packaging equipment for efficiency.
• Read and follow recipe cards, work instructions, and batch records.
• Load ingredients, package products, and palletize finished goods.
• Perform equipment start-up, shutdown, and cleaning.
• Operate a forklift safely (training provided).
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace following safety standards.
