Job summary

Jacksons Food Stores in Caldwell, Idaho, is seeking a Food Plant Operator to turn ingredients into packaged foods for convenience stores and customers. You will follow recipes, operate production equipment, and ensure sanitation and quality. This hands-on role requires teamwork, reliability, and a willingness to learn new processes.

Shifts are Monday–Friday with occasional weekends and overtime. Experience in food manufacturing or warehouse settings is a plus, but a strong attitude and attention

Qualifications

• Experience in Warehouse or Food Manufacturing is a plus.
• Must be 18 years old and available for overtime when needed.
• Bilingual candidates are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Transform raw ingredients into packaged foods for stores and customers.
• Operate equipment and manage production tasks per recipes.
• Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, and quality standards.
• Follow SOPs, GMPs, and safety policies in daily operations.
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors; adapt as needed.
