Job summary

IQ Resource Group, Inc. is seeking a dependable production operator to join a busy food manufacturing team. This hands-on role operates production equipment, monitors the line, and ensures products are produced safely and efficiently.

Hours include 1st shift (5:15am–3:15pm) and 2nd shift (2:30pm–12:30am) from Monday to Thursday. Pay starts at $19.52 per hour and up, with responsibilities spanning setup, monitoring, adjustments, quality checks, and adherence to safety and GMP protocols.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced food production environment.
• Good attention to detail and ability to monitor equipment and product quality.
• Ability to stand and remain active throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor breading room production equipment and conveyor systems.
• Perform equipment and production area checks before starting production.
• Operate tote dumpers and monitor equipment for proper operation.
• Monitor batter and breading flow and make adjustments as needed.
• Check products for proper size and quality and remove damaged or incorrect product.
• Keep conveyor hoppers supplied and help maintain consistent production rates.
• Break up product clumps and correct leaks or other production issues.
• Palletize finished product and move materials as needed.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment problems to supervisors.
• Follow all food safety, GMP, quality, and workplace safety procedures.
• Keep equipment and the production area clean and organized.
