This leadership role partners with the Plant Manager to drive performance and continuous improvement across the site.

The position is a pathway to Plant Manager roles at OSI facilities nationwide, with potential relocation.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in a related field preferred.
• Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to relocate to OSI facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set operational objectives for quality, safety, productivity and cost.
• Collaborate with senior management on short- and long-term facility strategy.
• Monitor production metrics to control efficiency, waste, and labor costs.
• Develop solutions and oversee implementation with approvals as required.
• Provide guidance and resources to managers to meet objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environment and employment laws.
