Zusammenfassung

Ventura Foods is seeking a production associate to blend dry, wet and refrigerated ingredients to meet formula specifications and deliver products that align with taste and appearance standards. You will work onsite in Birmingham, AL on an hourly basis, following strict batch procedures and quality controls.

Responsibilities include sanitizing contact surfaces, following batch sheets, recording data, and coordinating with QC and operators.

Qualifikationen

• Must read and communicate in English to accurately follow batch sheets and SOPs.
• High school diploma or equivalent plus food manufacturing exposure preferred.
• Ability to verify ingredient quantities and follow safety procedures.

Aufgaben

• Follow batch sheets without deviation; record deviations if any.
• Sanitize surfaces and ensure readiness of equipment contacting product.
• Monitor gauges, temperatures and record batch data for QC.
• Process orders as per daily production schedule and complete paperwork.
• Communicate with spicers, QA and machine operators.
• Ensure correct case counts per order and manage rework instructions.
• Complete shift handoff and post-shift housekeeping.
