Job summary

Ditsch USA is seeking a Food Production Machine Operator for the Kemper Plant in Cincinnati, OH. You will set up and run packaging and process equipment to support daily production goals, while upholding GMPs and food safety standards.

Responsibilities include start-up/shutdown, sanitation per SSOPs, quality checks, and data logging. Requires HS diploma, 1–2 years manufacturing experience, and PLC familiarity.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with PLC-controlled equipment is a plus.
• Two years of food production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain packaging and process equipment to meet production targets.
• Maintain GMP and food safety; perform sanitation per SSOPs.
• Monitor product quality, weight, dates; log results.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and coordinate with support teams.
