Job summary

Ditsch USA is seeking a Machine Operator - Food Industry to join our Production team at the Kemper Plant in Cincinnati, Ohio. This hands-on role operates equipment, monitors product quality, and completes documentation to support daily production.

No prior machine operating experience is required; we provide training for dependable individuals with a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality. Shift is 1st, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM (or 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM as needed).

Qualifications

• Previous machine operating experience is helpful, but training is available for dependable individuals who are eager to learn.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality are essential.
• Ability to follow procedures and complete documentation accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment.
• Perform machine start-up, shutdown, and changeovers.
• Make adjustments to keep production running efficiently.
• Perform product quality checks throughout the shift.
• Inspect product appearance, weight, labeling, and packaging.
• Complete production and quality documentation.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Load and replenish production materials.
• Support cleaning and sanitation activities.
• Follow food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards.
• Work closely with team to meet daily goals.
