Ditsch USA in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking a Production Machine Operator for 2nd shift at the Kemper Plant. You will operate and monitor production equipment, perform start-ups and changeovers, and help ensure our food products meet safety and quality standards.

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Perform machine start-up, shutdown, and changeovers

Job Opportunity: Production Machine Operator - 2nd Shift with Ditsch USA in Cincinnati, OH

Ditsch USA is looking for a Machine Operator - Food Industry to join our Production team at the Kemper Plant in Cincinnati, Ohio 45246 on 2nd shift. This hands-on role supports daily production by operating equipment, monitoring product quality, completing documentation, and helping ensure our products meet the high standards our customers expect. Previous machine operating experience is helpful, but we are willing to train someone with a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality.

Schedule

• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM / 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM. Monday-Thursday, Fridays as needed.
• Weekends may be required based on production needs.
• $22-$24 per hour

Great Backgrounds for This Position
