• Ability to read and understand simple specifications and instructions.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurement and unit conversion.

Responsibilities

• Operate machine under supervision of an experienced operator.
• Assemble/disassemble machine parts as needed.
• Clean and sanitize machine parts.
• Read specifications to determine material requirements and setup.
• Monitor operation to detect defects or malfunctions and adjust as needed.
• Fill and wrap product, load conveyors, and maintain production records.
• Maintain clean, organized, and GMP-compliant work area.
• Follow safety rules and company GMP policies.
• May work in other production departments as needed.
• Participate in yearly inventory.
