Job summary

Pure's Food Specialties, LLC. is seeking a Machine Operator to operate and monitor production equipment on the new line, follow recipes and safety procedures, complete required documentation, and keep the work area clean and organized.

You must stand for the shift, climb stairs and ladders, lift up to 50 pounds, and work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Training in safety, GMP, allergen, HACCP, and SQF is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience operating and maintaining production equipment.
• Ability to read recipes and follow procedures.
• High attention to safety and GMP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixers, timers, batch recipe systems, and scales.
• Follow FIFO and document lot numbers.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Report safety or quality concerns to supervisor.
• Attend safety and GMP training.
