Job summary

Responsibilities

• Operate mixers, timers, batch recipe systems, digital scales, and other production equipment.
• Read, follow recipes and specifications; ensure safety and food safety standards.
• Follow FIFO and document lot numbers and production information.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe; report issues to supervisor.
• Stand for the entire shift; lift up to 50 pounds; work weekends/holidays as needed.
