Job summary

100Hires, Inc. in Wisconsin seeks a hands-on Food Processing Line Supervisor to lead daily production on the plant floor, align resources, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will coach teams, manage scheduling and staffing, partner with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain, and drive continuous improvement to lift productivity.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in manufacturing (food industry preferred).
• Strong communicator with solid problem-solving skills.
• Background in scheduling, staffing, and developing teams.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s preferred.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production on the floor and align resources to meet targets.

• Schedule labor, coordinate tasks, monitor attendance, and balance workloads.
