Job summary

Prestage in Camden, SC, is seeking a Process Trainer for Debone to oversee training for new and current employees in the production area. The role reports to the process manager with a Tuesday–Friday day shift and flexibility for early/late shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities include guiding staff, conducting orientations, and documenting training progress, while maintaining GMP and USDA guidelines for a safe, high-quality workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in food processing or related field preferred (poultry processing).
• Experience with machine operation or as lead operator is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing observation and knowledge transfer for new and current employees.
• Guide and mentor staff to improve performance.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and training.
• Conduct plant tours for candidates and new employees.
• Teach new employees work tasks and techniques.
• Provide direction and fill in for operators and area leads as needed.
• Assist operators, manage supplies, and track training progress.
