Job summary

Prestage Farms in Camden, SC is seeking a Production Process Operator to maintain and service manufacturing processes, delivering top-quality poultry safely and efficiently.

You will operate equipment, hang and cut bird parts, and ensure GMP and USDA guidelines are followed. Strong teamwork, attention to safety and quality are essential, with a day/evening shift schedule and willingness to overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in poultry or food processing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety compliance.
• Detail oriented, self-directed, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates and maintains product flow for equipment and conveying systems.
• Uses knives and scissors to prepare poultry parts.
• Completes ongoing housekeeping to meet food safety standards.
• Works with lead, supervisors, and co-workers to achieve production targets.
• Performs other assigned duties as directed.
