Ideal candidate has a BS in science/engineering and 5+ years in food manufacturing, strong regulatory knowledge, and a collaborative, proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering (Food Science, Chemical, Mechanical, etc.).
• Experience: 5+ years in food manufacturing systems preferred.
• Technical skills: process design, production software, and unit operations knowledge.
• Regulatory knowledge: familiarity with food safety laws and sanitation.
• Travel: ability to travel to regional or affiliated locations.

Responsibilities

• Create and improve food processing systems, equipment, and workflows to enhance product consistency and efficiency.
• Implement and commission new products, lines, equipment, and operating systems.
• Analyze and refine production processes to maximize output and reduce costs.
• Maintain quality and safety control complying with regulations.
