Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering (Food Science, Chemical, Mechanical, or related).
Minimum 5+ years of experience in food manufacturing systems or similar.
Strong understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation practices (GMP/HACCP).
Willingness to travel to regional manufacturing locations for support.

Responsibilities

Design and develop food processing systems, equipment, and workflows to improve consistency and efficiency.
Implement and commission new products, production lines, and equipment.
Analyze and refine processes to maximize output and minimize costs while meeting quality standards.
Monitor quality control procedures to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues and implement new technologies.
Document process details for maintenance and continuous improvement.
