Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write to facilitate communication with others.
• Demonstrates basic math and counting skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items using prep lists and recipes.
• Follow proper food handling procedures.
• Maintain rotation, quality, and freshness of food.
• Store leftovers correctly with labeling and dating.
• Keep refrigerators and work areas clean and organized.
• Ensure stations are cleaned and sanitized at end of shift.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment per food safety standards.
• Follow safety policies and report accidents.
• Complete all required training.
