Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in food prep or related food service role.
• Knowledge of proper knife handling and sanitation.
• Ability to read and write to communicate with others.
• Basic math and counting skills for inventory and portions.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all food items using prep lists and standard Aramark recipes.
• Follows proper food handling procedures.
• Maintains accurate rotation of food to assure top quality and freshness.
• Manages leftover foods, covers, labels, dates, and stores safely.
• Keeps refrigerators and work areas clean and orderly.
• Ensures stations are cleaned, sanitized, and organized at shift end.
• Maintains a safe and sanitary work environment meeting food safety standards.
• Follows safety policies and accident reporting procedures.
• Completes all required training.
