Aramark is seeking a Food Prep Worker II to assist cooks and managers by preparing ingredients for recipes and supporting daily food preparation tasks. You’ll follow production guidelines and food safety practices while maintaining cleanliness and timely service.

The role involves measuring, slicing, and portioning ingredients, setting up workstations, and upholding high standards of safety and guest satisfaction. Prior prep experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prev. food prep experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food prep methods and proper knife handling.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation.

Responsabilités

• Prepares a variety of food according to production guidelines and recipes.
• Sets up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Measures, weighs, chops and portions food items.
• Safely uses utensils including knives.
• Stores food following safety policies and procedures.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas and equipment.
• Maintains positive customer service attitude.
