Our franchise organization, Vitall Partners, is currently seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team!

The quality, quantity, freshness, tastiness, and presentation of our products significantly impact guests' perceptions of Golden Corral. The Food Prep Person is responsible for preparing (cutting, slicing, peeling, etc.) all fresh fruits and vegetables used in Golden Corral. The freshness of our Cold Choice Buffet showcases our commitment to high-quality, fresh offerings.

Operational Excellence:

• Prepares prep items according to Golden Corral product specifications and recipes.
• Maintains a standard inventory of prep items and updates guides as directed by management.
• Ensures optimum yield of products through the product cycle.
• Labels, dates, and rotates all bulk produce and prepped items.
• Ensures all food items are stored in approved, covered containers.
• Follows the buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf life compliance.
• Notifies the Manager of discrepancies such as spoilage, invoice errors, or waste.
• Assists the Buffet Attendant in maintaining a full, clean buffet.

Cleanliness:

• Cleans and organizes prep areas, including coolers, equipment, and storage.
• Performs duties to meet cleanliness, service, and quality standards.
• Follows local health regulations.

Guest Service:

• Performs administrative tasks and assists guests during meal periods.
