Job summary

Campbell's is seeking a Plant Services Sanitation Technician to maintain a clean, safe, and food-safe manufacturing environment. You will ensure equipment and facility sanitation meet standards, support quality and safety, and have a pathway to a Plant Services Specialist with training and performance.

You will perform cleaning, sanitation, and housekeeping tasks, operate sanitation equipment, and follow SSOPs and GMPs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Understand sanitation procedures, GMPs, and food safety standards.
• Safely handle and apply cleaning chemicals per procedures.
• Wear required PPE and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Complete required trainings such as Lockout/Tagout, Fall Protection, Aerial Lift, Confined Space Safety.

Responsibilities

• Sanitize food processing equipment per SSOPs.
• Complete end-of-production and cleaning assignments.
• Mix, dilute, and apply cleaning chemicals per labels and procedures.
• Follow GMPs, safety requirements, and food safety standards.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and PPE usage.
• Support sanitation schedules and safety training.
