Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of one year of production or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks in a wet, hot, and loud environment.
• Knowledge of GMP, food safety, and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform plant cleaning and sanitation according to the Master Sanitation Schedule.
• Maintain housekeeping standards across production and support areas.
• Operate sanitation equipment including power washers, foam applicators, steamers, floor scrubbers, and vacuums.
• Safely operate material handling tools and equipment.
• Disassemble, clean, sanitize, and reassemble processing equipment.
• Follow Allergen Elimination Procedures and sanitation protocols.
• Adhere to GMPs, OSHA requirements, and PPE guidelines.
• Maintain documentation and assist with SOP updates.
