Job summary

The Campbell's Company is seeking a production sanitation associate to maintain a clean, safe work environment and support the production line. You will handle waste removal, sanitation of lines, and equipment cleaning according to GMPs and USDA guidelines.

Responsibilities include daily cleaning, safe chemical handling, operating sanitation equipment, and assisting with changeovers as required. Training completed within the first 100 hours is expected.

Qualifications

• Must communicate; bilingual preferred
• Stand and lift up to 50 lbs; follow safety rules
• Work with others to support production lines
• Understand chemical usage and safe handling
• Performance review within first 100 hours

Responsibilities

• Squeegee/scoop product and dispose properly
• Daily operational cleaning; rinse lines; prevent cross-contamination
• Minimize water use; cover motors/electrical panels
• Disassemble/assemble equipment for cleaning; store hoses
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures; observe GMPs and USDA guidelines
• Operate controls and report malfunctions; maintain cleanliness around machinery
• Ensure sanitation equipment is cleaned and stored
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
• Report to workstation dressed with proper PPE on time
• Complete trainee criteria as verified by trainer
• Other duties as needed
