Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Sanitation Technician for the 2nd shift in Franklin, Wisconsin. You will clean and sanitize process equipment to ensure clean, safe production of food products and packaging quality items.

Responsibilities include following the Master Sanitation Schedule, operating cleaning tools safely, and complying with GMPs and OSHA PPE guidelines. High school diploma or GED and 1 year of production experience are required.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and/or 1 year manufacturing experience.
• Familiarity with GMPs and safety procedures preferred.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and follow sanitation protocols.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize process equipment to maintain product quality.
• Follow Master Sanitation Schedule and keep plant areas tidy.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and report hazards.
• Adhere to OSHA PPE and plant GMP requirements.
• Participate in safety training and continuous improvement initiatives.
