Kettle Cuisine in Lynn, MA is seeking a Sanitation Associate for the 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM). This role ensures continuous and efficient cleaning of the factory and its machinery, aligned with SSQQC standards and GMP practices.

You will perform daily area checks, follow GMPs, safely handle chemicals, wear appropriate PPE, and support QA with pre-op release. The position offers base pay of $16.50 per hour, full-time status, and a comprehensive benefits package with bonus potential up to 5%.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and team communication skills essential for shift work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks safely.
• Bi-lingual preferred; attention to detail and reliable time management required.

Responsabilités

• Always adhere to safe working practices.
• Perform daily checks of area for non-compliance and report them to your manager.
• Follow the company GMPs.
• Dis-assemble and re-assemble production equipment.
• Clean production equipment.
• Ensure correct PPE is always worn.
• Safe use of chemicals.
• Always ensure clean and tidy areas.
• Assist QA with pre-op release of factory.
• Communicate and update all relevant parties of any issues or changes.
• Take instructions from supervisors.
• Any other tasks deemed reasonable and requested by management.
