Job summary

Kettle Cuisine is seeking a dedicated Sanitation Associate for the 1st shift in Lynn, MA. The role supports continuous cleaning of the factory and equipment, ensuring GMP compliance and safe chemical handling.

You will interact with supervisors and QA, carrying out daily checks and reporting non-compliance while maintaining a clean, safe work environment. The position requires physical ability to lift 50 lbs, strong attention to detail, and solid communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous and efficient cleaning of the factory and its machinery.
• Perform daily checks of area for non-compliance and report to supervisor.
• Follow GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Dis-assemble and re-assemble production equipment as needed.
• Clean production equipment and maintain clean, tidy areas.
• Assist QA with pre-op release of factory and communicate issues to relevant parties.

The listed salary range represents Kettle Cuisine’s good faith estimate for this position and represents the minimum and maximum for new hire salaries for the Lynn, MA location only. Ranges will be reviewed on a regular basis. An employee’s rate of pay within the range is determined by their qualifications, relevant experience, and demonstrated performance over time. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth. The Sanitation Associate position is eligible for our comprehensive benefits package.
