Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking an experienced industrial maintenance technician to keep production moving and facility systems running reliably.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, and troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems to restore operation quickly. You will also support refrigeration, steam, and wastewater utilities, document work, and collaborate with operations to prioritize critical repairs.

Qualifications

2–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Hands-on strength across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Working knowledge of PLC troubleshooting to trace faults and assist with corrective actions.
Ability to live problem-solving from seized pumps to sensor faults to keep equipment online.

Responsibilities

Execute planned preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on production equipment.
Troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems to identify faults and support safe, rapid recovery.
Support facility utilities (refrigeration, steam, wastewater) to ensure consistent, compliant operation.
Document work performed and collaborate with operations to prioritize critical repairs.
