Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Electrician/Controls Technician to service and enhance electrical and control systems in our food manufacturing operations. You will document systems, assist electro-mechanics, and coordinate across shifts to minimize downtime.

The role requires hands-on installation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of networks, drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical components, with strict adherence to GMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

AS/AA S in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience.
High school/military training with practical electrical/control experience.
Familiarity with Rockwell, Siemens and Mitsubishi software preferred.
Ability to read electrical, mechanical, instrumentation and control system docs.
Proficient in completing forms and maintenance work records.

Responsibilities

Maintain current documentation for electrical and control systems.
Assist Mechanics and Electro-Mechanics in diagnosing electrical/control issues.
Coordinate training and activities of Electro-Mechanics across shifts.
Perform preventive, scheduled, or corrective maintenance on batching and process control systems.
Inspect and maintain networks, drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical components.
Follow GMP, safety standards, and company procedures in all tasks.
